Please read these terms carefully before registering for the NCC Robotics Workshop 2025.
Agreement to Terms
By registering for the NCC Robotics Workshop 2025, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for the workshop.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NCCROBOTICS regarding your participation in the workshop and use of our services.
Workshop Participation
Eligibility
- Must be a current student with valid student ID
- Must provide accurate registration information
- Must be 16 years or older, or have parental consent
Attendance & Punctuality
- Participants must attend all scheduled sessions
- Arrive on time for all activities and sessions
- Notify organizers of any emergency absence
Code of Conduct
Expected Behavior
- Treat all participants, instructors, and staff with respect
- Follow safety guidelines and equipment usage instructions
- Participate actively and constructively in all activities
- Respect intellectual property and confidential information
Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
- Damage to equipment, facilities, or property
- Unauthorized recording or photography
- Sharing workshop materials without permission
Cancellation Policy
Participant Cancellation
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email
- Full refund available up to 7 days before workshop date
- 50% refund available 3-7 days before workshop date
- No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of workshop
Event Cancellation
NCCROBOTICS reserves the right to cancel or postpone the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive full refunds or the option to transfer to a future workshop.
Liability & Safety
Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that robotics activities involve inherent risks and agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions and guidelines
- Use protective equipment when required
- Report any injuries or unsafe conditions immediately
Limitation of Liability
NCCROBOTICS provides the workshop "as is" and makes no warranties regarding outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the registration fee paid by the participant.
